Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by banker’s orders/banker’s cheque/cashier’s order or telegraphic transfer only. Telegraphic transfer will only be accepted if transacted at least one month before the Conference. Please write your name at the back of the banker’s orders/banker’s cheque/cashier’s order. All payments are to be made to: Myanmar Maternal and Child Welfare Association, Myanmar. Personal cheques and other forms of payment WILL NOT be accepted.

Local Delegates
Local delegates can deposit their payment (Cash or Company cheques) directly to any branch of Bank of Kanbawza, nationwide. Scanned copy of depositslip must be emailed to financemmcwa@gmail.com for validation and recording of payment.
Inter-branch deposit to any Kanbawza Bank branch nationwide:

All payments are to be made out to: Myanmar Maternal and Child Welfare Association HQ, Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.
 

Personal cheques and other forms of payment WILL NOT be accepted
Cancellation of registration
Should you, for whatever reason, be unable to attend the conference, it is possible to send a replacement or cancel your registration. Please notify the 8th APCRSHR Secretariat of such a change as soon as possible.
Cancellation should be made in writing (stating your name and reference number) and sent to the 8th APCRSHR Secretariat.

 

In case of cancellation:
  • Before 15th January 2016, you will receive a refund with a deduction of USD30.00 (MMK 10000 Kyats for Myanmar Participants) for administration cost.
  • Between15th January 2016 to 10th February 2016, you will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fees.
  • No refund will be made for cancellation after 10th February 2016.
In case of change of participant:
Transfer of registration of participant will be allowed with a payment of USD 30.00 (MMK 10000 Kyats for Myanmar Participants) for administration cost and must be applied in writing at least one month before the Conference.
